นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้อธิบายวิธีที่ นายพีร เลิศสุกิตติพงศา ซึ่งดำเนินกิจการในนาม Painkiller School เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ จัดเก็บ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเมื่อท่านเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ painkiller.school ("แพลตฟอร์ม")

9. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
- การเข้ารหัสข้อมูลระหว่างส่ง (TLS 1.2 ขึ้นไป)
- การเข้ารหัสรหัสผ่านแบบทางเดียว (bcrypt): ไม่จัดเก็บรหัสผ่านแบบข้อความธรรมดา
- ลิงก์ดาวน์โหลดอีบุ๊กแบบจำกัดเวลา (TTL 48 ชั่วโมง) และลงนามด้วยระบบ Cloudflare R2
- อีบุ๊กทุกไฟล์มีลายน้ำ HMAC-SHA256 ที่ระบุตัวตนผู้รับใบอนุญาต

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Peera Lertsukittipongsa, operating as Painkiller School, collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data when you visit and use the website at painkiller.school ("Platform").
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA") of the Kingdom of Thailand and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

We collect identity and contact data (name, email, country), transaction and payment data (order history, payment method type; we do not store full card numbers), technical usage data (IP address, device type, download/access logs retained for 12 months for security and watermark enforcement purposes), account data, workshop attendance data, and communications data.

5. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data to process orders, deliver ebooks and download links, manage workshop bookings, send transactional emails, maintain analytics (aggregated, non-identifying), retain download logs for security and watermark enforcement, maintain financial and tax records as required by Thai law, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Free ebook download email addresses are used solely to deliver the download link unless you separately opt in to marketing communications.

7. Third-Party Processors
We use Stripe (card payment processing, Ireland/EU), Cloudflare R2 (ebook file storage, US), Vercel (web hosting, US), Supabase (database, US), and Resend (transactional email, US). We have entered into or rely on data processing agreements with each processor. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the PDPC (pdpc.go.th). For EEA/UK users, equivalent rights apply under GDPR.

9. Data Security
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (we never store plaintext passwords). Ebook download links are time-limited (48-hour TTL) and cryptographically signed. Each downloaded ebook file contains an embedded HMAC-SHA256 watermark identifying the licensed recipient. Card payment data is handled entirely by Stripe on their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Both versions are binding. In case of conflict, the Thai version governs for users in Thailand; the English version governs for international users.
